Wuxi branch visits CCPIT Shenzhen

The CCPIT Wuxi branch delegation was visiting Shenzhen on 28th Dec. Mr. Wang Yusheng, the vice prident of CCPIT Shenzhen, was presenting a warm welcome and had a meeting with them. Both sides exchanged their opinions on various aspects such as economic cooperation, investment, and trading between Shenzhen and Wuxi regions.

Senator visited CCPIT Shenzhen

Mr. Danny Nguyen, the senator of Missouri,U.S.A.,led members to CCPIT Shenzhen for visiting on 23th Dec. Mr. Cheng Dongpin, the vice president of CCPIT Shenzhen, who presents a warm welcome to this coming of the delegation.

Both sides have exchanged the opinion on cooperation and exhibition. The representatives of both sides said that they will continue to work to further promote bilateral relations.

2011 training course of certificate business was held in CCPIT Shenzhen

In order to standardize and reinforce the management of certificate business, ensuring the local enterprises smooth run in their settlement business in foreign trade and lower the risk, enhence the professional skill of staffs, promote the rules of free trade zones, CCPIT Shenzhen organized more than 270 representatives who from import and export enterprises to attend this course. Invitation Letter for Visa to China Application Procedure

Applicant(Company) shall collect and bring all the needed documents as below to the office:

1. The finished application form (with the full name of visited person, the background, the purpose, the main activities and trip schedule).

2. The original copy of invitation letter, which shall be signed by the company representative and chopped.

3. The guarantee letter issued by the company, require for the signed by legal person and company chopped, the declaration of "We will take the full responsiblity for the invited person's any illegal behaviour during the period of visiting China." has to be added on the letter.

4. The copy of business license with company chopped.

5. The copy of the invited person's visa.

Application fee: 200 RMB for one letter

Remarks:
1. Due to some reasons, we won't do the 100% promise for every invitation letter to get approval. Please take the consideration before you come.
2. Prepare 3 copies of the origianl invitation letters with company chopped due to the filing.
3. 2 business days needed for the issuance.

Helping the SME rush out of the financial barriers

The press conference of the China(Shenzhen) International Finance Expo was held yesterday, the meeting announced that the FINEXPO will be opened from 16th to 18th Dec.2011. Helping the small and medium-size enterprises to overcome the various financial barries become the issue of this fair.
It was jointly held by localities which are CCPIT, CCOIC, Municipal People's Government,Bank of China, Merchants Bank, Stock exchange institute and China International Fiancial Co.Ltd.,

The press conference of China(Shenzhen) International Original Design Fair also called IODF announced that the 4th IODF will be held in Hall 9 of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from 12th to 14th.Dec.2011.
This fair was jointly hosted by CCPIT Shenzhen, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Sport and tourism and Shenzhen Press Group.
The article of <<Shenzhen Cultural Industry Development Plans(2011-2015)>> take the "Creative" as the keynote, emphasizing the creation, design and innovation, facilitating the level of cultural industry through the big-five project which are platform of exhibtions, technologies support,industry agglomeration, financial culture and dissemination. The 2nd International Youth Innovation Competition has been already included in an important activities of China-ASEAN 20th Anniversary of Establish Diplomatic Relations by the Foreign Ministry. The range will cover the high schools from ASEAN, which including more than 500 colleges and 2 million yonths talent, the organizer said.

China Commodities Exhibition in Honduras Opened

On September 29, the 2011 China Commodities Exhibition in Honduras was held.

Representative of the First Lady of Honduras Madame Pinto, CCPIT Vice Chairman Dong Songgen, among others, attended the opening ceremony.
The exhibition was the fifth one held by CCPIT in Honduras. Lasting from September 29 to October 2, the exhibition had a total floor space of 3000 sqm. Over 40 enterprises from 10 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai exhibited such products as automobiles, motorbikes, engineering equipment, agricultural machinery, car components, construction materials, telecommunications equipment and end receivers, electronic products, hardware accessories, light industrial products, daily necessities and crafts.

CCPIT Vice Chairman Yu Ping Attending the Second Asian Business Forum

On September 29, the 2nd Asian Business Forum held by Keidanren was held in Tokyo. CCPIT Vice Chairman Yu Ping attended the forum.

Themed with “Achieving Sustainable Economic Growth in Asia through Private Sector Initiative”, the forum attracted 13 business organizations of 11 economies to Tokyo. Delegates to the forum passed the 2nd Asian Business Summit Joint Statement, which promised to closer ties between different Asian business circles, promote regional economic integration, economic recovery and sustainable growth, and make Asia a leading power in the world economy.

In his meeting with President of Keidanren, Vice Chairman Yu said that a series of high-level influential trade and economic activities could be held in 2012 when China and Japan would be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic ties. President of Keidanren said that his organization would take initiative to discuss with CCPIT about details of such activities and would, as always, cooperate with CCPIT on Green Expo.
