CCPIT Commercial Conciliation Set Up the Branch in Luohu

Feb.15th afternoon, CCPIT International Commercial Conciliation Branch which cooperated with Luohu court was set up in Luohu. CCPIT Shenzhen President Mr.He attended to the opening ceremony.

Since the Luohu Commercial Conciliation Branch was set up, CCPIT Shenzhen has sent 2 mediators to work there in order to spreading the channel of commercial conciliation.

As the statistics, since its runing in Sep., CCPIT Commercial Conciliation Branch has been solved over 200 cases, called 300 clients, received over 30 consultations,successfully mediated 23 cases, the success rate was 61% which invovled the money of 6 million RMB.

CCPIT Shenzhen attends to the CCPIT Law Affairs Conference

The 2012 National CCPIT Law Affairs Conference was held in Haikou City of Hainan Province from Feb.16th to 17th., more than 200 representatives attended to this conference.

It has been summarized the 2011 National CCPIT Law Affairs that relative to the foreign business in the meeting, which also affirming the acheivement of such working. They exchanged the expriences and opinions such as how to enhance the services, the innovation, and the working during the new period. The advanced organization and individual were honored at the meeting, and the 2012 CCPIT Law Affairs Planning had been set up.

Ireland-China Trade and Investment Forum Sucessful Held

On Febuary 20th, the Ireland-China Trade and Investment Forum that co-hosted by both parties' enterprises bureau was successfully held in Dublin. China Vice President Mr.Xi Jinping,Ireland Premier Enda Kenny,China CCPIT President Mr.Wan Jifei, Ireland Enterprises Breau CEO Ryan attended and gave a speech in the forum, which involved 400 representatives who from China and Ireland in government and company sections.

The 2012 National CCPIT Legal Services Conference kicks off

The The 2012 National CCPIT Legal Services Conference had been held from 16th to 17th of Febuary in Haikou City, over 200 representatives attended to this conference. CCPIT Deputy President Mr.Dong Songgen, Deputy Secretary of Hannan Province Government Mr.Nijian, Deputy Mayor of Hannan Province Government Xu Mingshen attended the opening ceremony of the conference.CCPIT Guangdong Secretary Qiao Haishu led his 11 crews show in the conference.

Russia Delegation to Visit China in Feb.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Russia will lead a big delegation visit China the late of Febuary. In order to promote the cooperation between China and Russia, an economic conference will be held in the hall of CCPIT on 22th of Febuary at 9:30AM. The Russia Investment policies and business opportunities would be introduced in this conference, the special guests who from economic department of Russia and Belarus and the Kazakh Customs Union will present the special topic in China-Russia trading, which is helping Chinese enterprises to understand the market change in such area. The arrangement of communication between enterprises of both parties will be also included in this conference.

Learning Activities Held by CCPIT

On Febuary 8th, a seminar was held by communist party of CCPIT, for further study the spirit of presentation given by deputy premier Wang Qishan. The president of CCPIT Mr.Wan, and approximate 90 representatives who from different branches of CCPIT and major government departments and industrial associations were attending this seminar, which was the third time of concentration learning activities within this year.

2012 China-German Economic forum sucessfully held by CCPIT Guangdong

In order to promote the relationship between China and German, on Febuary 3th, the CCPIT Guangdong and German Asean Economic Commetee and German Industry and Trade conducted a forum which called "2012 China-German Economic Development Forum" in Guangzhou. The theme was "the cooperation in tranforming high-tech base in Pearl River Delta of Guangdong", which aimed at bilateral cooperation on industries transformation, energy and raw material and the city logistic.
German Premier Angela Merkel, Guangdong Province Governor Zhu Xiaodan, German Asean Econoic President Peter löscher have attented this forum and gave a speech for oppening. Mr. Chen Wenjie, the president of CCPIT Guangdong and deputy president Mr. Zhang Hua also attended to this forum.

Guangdong enhance the poverty relief standards

Guangdong province is to enhence the standards of poverty relief in rural with an average of 3,000 RMB per year in 2013.

Guangdong government will have totally realized the average of yearly income for each equal or exceeds to 2,500 RMB in rural within 2012, base on such policies, the newly poverty relief mission called "Doubles" will be started in 2013.

The Guangdong minister Zhu Xiaodan gave a speech on January 1 in Guangdong Poverty Relief Conference. In present, the extreme poverty in Guangdong has been generally removed, but the differences between incomes remain challenge. Guangdong expected that it would has reached the goal of yearly income for each person equal or exceed 2,500 RMB by the end of 2012, but the 2,500 RMB annuary income was only occupy 27.1% of the annary income of 2011 Guangdong province in rural. According to the centre government's requirment on poverty relief, the Guangdong government has comfirmed that the standards will be enhanced to 33% from 2013 to 2015.

According to the report, in 2011, the Guangdong peasants' annuary income has already achieved 9,000 RMB in 2011 and will be reached in 10,000 RMB in 2012. If accord the standards in 33% to calculate, the poverty people annuary income can achieve 3,300 in 2013.
