US-CHINA Economic Cooperation Forum and Projects Signing Ceremony was held in Los Angeles on Feb.17th. China Deputy President Xi Jinping who visiting U.S.A gave a speech at the opening ceremony of the forum. He said that the viewpoint of more suffer losses in United States than China does in cooperation is not the true. "Both parties are winner, which on the level of mutual benefit and win-win."

Xi said the establishing diplomatic relations has benefited lots to China, so has the United Stated. He also said that the living quality and consumption of American had been improved since importing large number of good and cheap product from China as the booster to keep the U.S.A. economic increasing.

According to the results of U.S. and China business trade studies reported by the committee, the cooperation has been increased the U.S economic growth, kept the price relatively low on consumption goods, it means that can increase 1,000 usd of each U.S family per year.

Xi pointed out the cooperation created a lot of job opportunities. Accord to the uncompetely statistics from 2001 to 2010, the exporting from U.S to China has been provided more than 3 millions of jobs. China enterprises in the United States also did a great contribution on providing job opportunities.
